How to Make: Buttermilk Scones

- 2 cups flour
- 2 sticks of butter
-1/2 to 1/4 cup sugar depending on preference
- 250 ml milk

1. Mix flour, butter, sugar LIGHTLY
3. Make a well in mixture and add milk. Mix to center starting from edges, stop mixing immediately when all combined.
4. Pat dough on floured surface and use cutters/shapes to make scone shape
5. Mix milk ( a bit) and 1 egg than brush on scone to make golden brown surfaces (optional)
6. Bake for 12 minutes on 400F heated oven.
