VSCO Film Effect in Photoshop/Lightroom

Tried the VSCO effect on some vacation pictures (no makeup may I add) and I love this effect! This is the matte look that has a slight touch of photoshop- the layers are curve levels, vignette, selective coloring and grain effect. This is a more colored version of vintage, and what I like most about it is it's not as harsh as the usual PSD/action file coloring with extreme color balances and contrasts. VSCO is used widely on tumblr for a less harsh vintage effect. If not using lightroom, I think adjusting the exposure levels do the job just as well.
