This has always been one of my favorite dishes since I was a child. Tonight I finally made it!

~Recipe~
Ingredients: doubokki, Gochujang(spicy paste), water, bell peppers, fish tempura(oodeh), sesame seeds, diced ginger.
Instructions: 1. Boil the doubokki on medium heat until soft, than take out and drain. Set in cold water.
2. In another pan, mix the bell peppers, tempura,ginger,seeds + any other preferred vegetables+seasons in.
3. In a seperate pan, pour in the spicy paste added with water+sugar/honey depending on preferred taste. Gently stir
4. Add in the doubokki+vegetable mix in the pan containing the spicy paste + stir well.
